"What happens when/if art created by people in the north of Norway is increasingly linked to ethnicity?"

It may seem that art created by people belonging to the north of Norway is increasingly written into an ethnic context, that the art is presented based on the artist's ethnicity or ethno-cultural affiliation, that the funding of art production is linked to ethnicity, and that the prioritization, the understanding , the reading and reception of art is characterized by ethnic explanations and frames. Is this right? How does the situation appear from different perspectives from different ethnic positions? If so, is that a problem or a good thing? Or both? How do we ensure the autonomy of art in the future?
