Tickets


Tickets available at Arctic Culture Centre (at the kiosk or ticket machines) or via their website www.aks.no. Tickets are also available at the Library and Service Office (Servicekontoret). The easiest way is to buy tickets at www.aks.no with your credit card. The ticket can be printed out on your printer. if you enter your e-mail you receive your ticket by e-post. The ticket contains a unique barcode that is scanned at the entrance to the performances - so you do not have a queue. IMPORTANT! Always bring the card you used when purchasing tickets when you get to the show. Then we can locate your ticket in the ticketsystem if something goes wrong. If you do not have a printer you can retrieve e-tickets in the cultural center upon presentation of the card you bought a ticket with.

NB! Discounted tickets are valid only together with valid documentation, to be presented at the entrance.

We do not refund or replace bought tickets. The exception is cancellations. For questions regarding ticket sales please send an email to post@aks.no or contact us at tel. 78402099.

NB! Please note that there will not be any doorsales at Scandic and VERK.

IMPORTANT: When purchasing festival passes, day passes and the package offer you MUST reserve tickets for each of the performances/seminar you want to attend. This is done at the events own ticket sale page. The reservations are done on a strict first-come-first-serve basis, so it is important to reserve tickets to garage a seat. The reserved ticket(s) must be picked up within 1 hour before the performance, otherwise they'll be re-released for sale. The festival pass and day passes do not guarantee a seat for our free performances, which also operate on a first-come-first-serve basis.
